What if the secret had always been inside of you? The body as a map for liberation

I’ve thought a lot about the best way to continue this blog. So many ideas, messages, and truths come to me every morning. I know I must begin with the simple—with what is most tangible and close…but also with what we’ve forgotten the most: The body.

Years ago, I wrote in a notebook:"the body is the key to everything."And that phrase has never left me since.

We’ve been taught that in order to awaken we must “go inward”: Breathe. Meditate. Quiet the mind. And yes, all of that helps… but many times—and I speak from experience—when I meditate, I enter a void where I am nothing. No mind. No body. No emotion. And although that experience may seem spiritual (and it is), once I return to my day, I find myself back in the same thoughts as always. The calm doesn’t last long.

That’s when I asked myself: How do I sustain peace in the present moment? How can I live in connection beyond occasional glimpses of silence?

The body is the container of our universe. If it’s inflamed, toxic, unbalanced… there’s noise. Noise that makes it impossible to hear our inner voice. It’s like trying to tune into a radio station through static.

Our DNA is truly an antenna of unparalleled precision, designed to receive and transmit information —connecting the inner and the outer. But when there is interference—emotional, chemical, mental, energetic, or vibrational—the signal becomes distorted. That’s why we often feel confusion, disconnection, or a sense of being out of center.

We are the most advanced technology that exists, but we’ve been conditioned to search outside of ourselves—in techniques, formulas, and figures of authority. And in that search, we forget that everything we seek is already within.

In this age of false gurus and overwhelming information, it’s hard to know what’s true. Especially when we’re not even in our own bodies. Because only through the body can we hear the kind of truth that doesn’t need to be explained—the kind that is felt.

Think about it… When you’re sad or stressed and you move your body, go for a walk, dance, breathe… everything shifts. It’s not external magic. It’s your design. The body holds the map.

We live too much in the mind. We’ve been told that by “changing your thoughts” you can change your reality. And yes, it’s true… but what happens if your container isn’t ready? The body stores memories, patterns, density… and if we don’t cleanse it, if we don’t inhabit it, those new thoughts have nowhere to land.

That’s why so many people feel that affirmations or the “law of attraction” don’t work for them. Because they’re trying to reprogram the mind from a vehicle that’s completely out of tune.

And don’t get me wrong—the mind is incredibly important. We do, after all, live in a mental universe (as Hermetic principles explain). But that’s a topic for another post.

Today I want to talk about physicality. About the part that many on the spiritual path try to transcend,as if the body were an obstacle. But… what if it’s not? What if true awakening happens through the body?

Have you heard of the holographic universe theory? A single particle contains the whole. The same is true for you. Your body contains the entire universe.

Maybe that’s why we’ve been kept disconnected from it. Because when you inhabit your body, you reclaim your sovereignty. And that’s something that can’t be controlled.

Everything starts here. Thoughts, emotions, even the most elevated ideas—they’re all influenced by the state of your physical body.

And if it’s easier for us to tend to the body than to the mind or emotions, why are we still trying to find liberation by dissolving matter? We chose this experience. Yes, we’re dense. We are matter. And we chose to come here to experience the physical.

Some achieve quantum leaps and rise above this density, but most of us are still here—trapped in patterns, wondering what’s keeping us stuck. (That’s a conversation for another post.) But what I want to say today is this:

Manifesting the life you desire is not as complicated as they made us believe. Superhuman abilities, expanded intuition, vision beyond the senses… all of that already lives inside you. It’s not just for a few. It’s part of your original design.

But to activate it, we must begin with the body.

Imagine this: You want to go on a road trip, but your car is dirty, the tires are worn out, and it hasn’t been serviced in ages…Do you really believe that pure intention alone will get you far?

The body is that vehicle. And you’re not going anywhere near the “fifth dimension”until you understand how the engine works. Your physical senses aren’t designed to trap you. They’re designed to help you feel. To feel life.

And when we learn to fully feel, then we begin to remember.

We are many bodies, all interconnected. But the physical body is the beginning. It’s the key. It’s the start of the return. So my invitation is simple:

Cleanse your body.

Move it.

Inhabit it.

Feel.

Embody your body… until you feel there is no body.

And now tell me…

Have you ever wondered why we were taught to disconnect from the body?

Why everything pushes us to escape — to the mind, to the sky, to the beyond?

What if the secret behind everything you seek— peace, expansion, purpose — isn’t above or outside, but within you?

Not as a metaphor. Literally within. Within your body.

There’s a phrase I once heard—I don’t remember if it was in a movie, in a book, or if it came to me as a riddle:

“If you had to hide a secret so valuable that no one could ever find it…where would you put it?”

The answer is simple: You’d place it within the one searching for it. Right where no one would think to look. Right where few dare to go.

And now that you know this… would you dare to look there?
