What to know before your sessions?

Who is eligible for an EESystem session?

Everyone. The EESystem is not selective — it supports regulation at a biological level.
Each body responds in its own way and timing, depending on its history, current state, and level of stress or imbalance.

How many sessions do I need?

There is no universal number.
Some people notice changes quickly, while others benefit from consistent exposure over time.
We generally recommend starting with 2-hour sessions, allowing the nervous system and tissues enough time to synchronize with the field.

Consistency matters more than intensity.

Does the EESystem cure all diseases?

No.
The EESystem is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
It creates a low-noise, coherent environment where the body can regulate itself and return toward balance.

Any healing response comes from the body — not the technology.

What are the recommendations before & after each session?

BEFORE YOUR SESSION:

  • Stay hydrated

  • Eat lightly if possible

  • Arrive without expectations

DURING YOUR SESSION:

  • Rest, sleep, meditate, or simply be

  • 2 hours is recommended for optimal integration

AFTER YOUR SESSION:

  • Hydrate well

  • Gentle movement is encouraged

  • Rest if needed

  • Allow changes to unfold without forcing interpretation

  • Grounding – Bare feet on natural surfaces support electrical balance and regulation.

  • Breath & presence – Slow, conscious breathing helps the system settle and integrate.

  • Hydration – Clean water supports conductivity and cellular communication.

  • Detox salt bath – A key post-session practice to support elimination and nervous system release.

  • Nourishing food – Simple, whole foods allow the body to focus on integration rather than digestion.

  • Rest & listening – Integration happens when the body is not being pushed. Follow its cues.
