Booking & Cancelation Policy

Please make sure you read and agree to the following terms before making a reservation. 

Payments

All sessions and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of the services offered, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for sessions, packages, or memberships once purchased.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled to another available time slot or transferred to another person, provided we are notified at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior communication, will be considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited.

No refunds or credits are issued for missed appointments.

Transfers

Sessions may be transferred to another person if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Transfers are subject to availability and must be communicated directly to our team.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Policy Updates

Healing Hub Playa reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website. If you have questions or need clarification, please contact us directly before booking.
