Booking & Cancelation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final: We do not offer refunds for services rendered.

2. Payment Policy:

   • Online bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.

3. Rescheduling Policy:

   • Customers may reschedule their appointment to another available time slot, or transfer their service to a friend or family member, provided that Gaia Quantum Healing Center is notified at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   • If a customer does not cancel their appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, they will forfeit the monies paid for that appointment. However, appointments can be rescheduled or transferred as per the Rescheduling Policy stated above.

5. Helping Hand Program:

   • Participants in the Helping Hand Program, must present proof of residency to qualify for the discounted rates.

6. Accepted Payment Methods:

   • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards for payment.
