The hidden toxic load in your body

The Silent War Inside You

I know it can feel overwhelming to realize how much is wrong with the world today—and how deeply it’s affecting our health. As I’ve said before, it’s easier to look away, to pretend nothing’s happening, and to carry on with life as if it doesn’t concern us. Most people don’t take action until their body begins to show signs of serious imbalance.

And even then, many hand over their sovereignty, searching for salvation outside themselves—relying on a medical system that doesn’t address root causes but only suppresses symptoms.

In the end, each of us is responsible for our own life and the choices we make. But it’s always better to choose from awareness than from ignorance. That’s why, before I talk about how to detox the body, I believe it’s essential to first answer this question:

What’s actually intoxicating us?

You don’t have to take my word for it. What used to be labeled as conspiracy theory is now documented fact. The information is out there, available to anyone who dares to look. It’s not hidden—it’s just been normalized.

The water you drink

Even "safe" drinking water is treated with chlorine and fluoride, which disrupt the gut microbiome, thyroid, and nervous system. Many bottled waters contain microplastics. And if you live in a city, your pipes may be leaching heavy metals like lead.

What’s worse, that water is demineralized—it no longer contains the essential minerals the body needs to maintain cellular and electrical health. Remember when they told us salt was bad? The truth is, every fluid in your body is salty by design. We need minerals like magnesium, potassium, and sodium (in their right form) to sustain the body’s internal conductivity and coherence. Without them, there's no electric flow, and no order.

The food you eat… even if you think it’s healthy

Pesticides like glyphosate (used on most non-organic and processed foods) have been classified as probable carcinogens. But they’re not the only ones. Aspartame, BHA/BHT, nitrites, artificial colors like Yellow #5, preservatives like sodium benzoate, emulsifiers, and many more toxic additives flood the modern food supply.

These compounds have been linked to conditions like ADHD, hyperactivity, infertility, thyroid dysfunction, type 2 diabetes, autoimmune diseases, and various cancers.

Wheat, corn, soy, and many vegetables are genetically modified or contaminated with agrochemicals. Even “fresh” fruits can be covered in invisible waxes and preservatives.

But what if I eat organic? Sadly, the soil has also been contaminated. If the air contains heavy metals, and the water is full of chemicals, it would be naïve to believe our agricultural land has remained untouched. So the inevitable question arises: What can I eat then?

This isn’t about fear or extremes. It’s not about demonizing food. It’s about awareness— understanding the current reality and making better, more informed choices. Choices made with presence, with discernment, and with love for the body you inhabit.

The air you breathe

In addition to urban pollution, there are geoengineering practices like cloud seeding and other climate interventions—including what many call chemtrails—that release metals into the air such as barium and aluminum under the pretext of weather modification.

Independent research, such as that of Dr. Ana Maria Mihalcea and Dr. Maria Crisler using electron microscopy, has detected self-assembling nanoparticles in rain, snow, and even fog (as recorded in Florida). These particles don’t just enter through the lungs—they cross the blood-brain barrier.

Most concerning of all: they respond to specific frequencies—like those emitted by 5G towers and other sources of electromagnetic radiation—raising the possibility of remote interaction with the human body via bioengineering.

We’re talking about a new kind of intervention—one that turns the body into a receptive device without our conscious awareness.

What your skin absorbs

Many personal care products (even so-called natural ones) contain synthetic fragrances, hormone disruptors, and nanoparticles that penetrate the skin.

Creams, deodorants, shampoos, sunscreens… they all count.

The skin also breathes. We were told sunscreen is essential, yet many contain ingredients that block vitamin D synthesis and include compounds like oxybenzone, linked to hormonal disruption and cellular damage. Moderate sun exposure is a source of health—not an enemy.

Also consider household cleaning products: multi-purpose cleaners, disinfectants, air fresheners, detergents—they often contain formaldehyde, phthalates, ammonia, and chlorine, all linked to allergies, asthma, hormonal imbalances, and liver toxicity.

Even luxury cosmetic brands like Dior, MAC, and Estée Lauder have been flagged for containing traces of heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, and arsenic, as well as parabens and silicones that interfere with endocrine function.

The drugs that silence symptoms

From vaccines to common medications, excipients and toxic components like aluminum, mercury, and even graphene oxide or nano-compounds have been found.

These substances don’t leave the body easily—they accumulate in fatty tissues and the brain.

We could write an entire book on this… but for now, we’ll leave it for another blog.

What you don’t see, but moves through you: frequencies

We live immersed in electromagnetic radiation—WiFi, cell towers, 5G signals. Our bodies are electrical too, and these frequencies can interfere with our natural coherence. Research shows how they affect cellular permeability, sleep, mood, and mental clarity.

We’ll dive deeper into how these frequencies impact the nervous system—and, therefore, the entire body—in a future post.

What happens when all of this combines?

Heavy metals accumulate in the body like antennas. When combined with nanotech (present in some medications, cosmetics, and vaccines), they can respond to external frequencies emitted by towers or devices, potentially altering nervous, emotional, and immune regulation.

Don’t just take my word for it. This is being documented by doctors, researchers, and scientists outside of the official narrative.

If this is new to you, that’s okay. The important thing is to start questioning.

Why don’t we feel it more clearly?

Because we’ve normalized discomfort. We’ve been told it’s “normal” to feel tired, anxious, sleep poorly, have digestive issues, reactive skin, brain fog, or emotional instability. But it’s not normal. It’s the result of a saturated body that can no longer self-regulate.

Meanwhile, disease is skyrocketing: young women facing unexplained infertility, teenagers with cardiac issues, sudden “turbo cancers,” endocrine failures, rising autism diagnoses, autoimmune conditions starting in early childhood… and still, we don’t ask why.

No. It’s not normal.

So, what now?

This is not about fear. It’s about reclaiming sovereignty.

The next step is to cleanse. Restore. Remember.

In the next post I’ll share:

  • How to detox each system in the body

  • What technologies, foods, and practices can support you

  • Why electricity is essential for your health

  • The four pillars of well-being according to Dr. Konstantin Korotkov

The body doesn’t intoxicate itself. There’s an agenda behind this. But you can step out of it. Returning to your origin is not a luxury. It’s your birth right.
